13 Day Couples Trip to Quito, Galapagos Islands (Island Hopping Tour) and Amazonia (Cuyabeno Reserve)
Regarding the stay: We are very satisfied with our stay with ITK.
Regarding accommodation: Perfect! The places chosen were consistent with our requests. Just a little moment of solitude in the Amazon, we asked if we could have another “cabin” because they had given us a tiny room in a tower without light, while all the other accommodations – equivalent but with daylight, were available. They agreed to change our place but after several negotiations
Regarding the guide/driver: We had several guides! They were all very nice overall. In Quito and Cotopaxi, Fernando was great!!!!
Changes if they should come back: Remove cities to visit something else 😉
A personal word for Antoine and/or Romain: Thank you thank you again Antoine for all your support! I find that your agency has this side very close to the customers, which makes the difference. Huge availability and responsiveness! We feel surrounded as we travel to a country we do not know.

15-Day Galapagos Islands Cruise, Couples
Regarding the stay:
Hello Antoine,
We hope you and your family are doing well.
We are safely back from our long-awaited trip to Galapagos and once again want to thank you for your help in organizing this trip.
The cruise went very well overall. We are delighted to have discovered this archipelago and are convinced that we made the right choice to focus this trip on the Galapagos with a two-week cruise. Each island had its specificity, and it would be difficult for us to say which part to privilege.
We are very happy with the choice of the Anahi – spacious and comfortable cabin (we never felt cramped over these two weeks), top crew, quality and varied food. We had two different guides on the two sections of the cruise. Overall, very good guides even if a little formatted for American tourists, especially for the second week (visit times adapted for a not too early departure, rest time between activities, etc.). Overall compliance with the itinerary and the activities announced with the exception of the first day (Las Bachas which we did not do following the delay for refueling at the port of departure, which was a bad start) and a snorkeling activity on day 13 (Santiago Island). Note that we regretted that the North Seymour visit was so short (flight time constraint) because the wildlife is really abundant, and the island is really worth it.
We think we were lucky with the climate with just two or three days of overcast weather. Snorkeling conditions not great in terms of visibility and abundance and diversity of wildlife but we were able to live our dream of swimming with sea lions and iguanas, which is the main thing!

We are planning to come back to Ecuador to visit the country and do an excursion in the Amazon on the Ecuador side which we understand is much more interesting than the too busy Brazilian part.

15-day couple trip between Quito, the Amazon (Yasuni National Park) and the Galapagos Islands (island hopping)
Regarding the stay: Exceptional trip. In terms of the sequence and coordination of the different activities, everything was perfect. Superb and a unique destination in terms of culture and animals.
Regarding the accommodations: They corresponded exactly to what we expected. The staff in each hotel were very helpful.
Regarding the meals: Regarding the meals, they were very varied and of good quality.
About the guide/driver: In the Amazon, Juan did his best to explain his culture to us and show us as many animals as possible. He is very knowledgeable and interesting. In the Galapagos, the guides changed on each island.
Changes if they were to return: We have nothing to add. Everything was perfect. I found ITK by searching the internet myself, the very positive comments prompted me to contact you and really, we are not disappointed. We don’t regret anything. Everything was wonderfully organized. Subsequently, by buying the smart little one, I saw that you were there.
A personal word for Antoine and/or Romain: We are very interested in Colombia but not right away because maybe it looks like Ecuador? On the other hand, for Argentina, we are very interested in a nature and animal trip (among others, pumas). We really appreciate the Latin American culture and atmosphere. We thank you for your availability and your professionalism.

About your stay: Very warm welcome from the tour operator who helped us with his precious and judicious advice to set up our “à la carte trip”. Antoine, director of ITK, followed us by regular phone calls throughout our trip to ensure that the planned services had materialized.
About the accommodation: On the mainland, we appreciated the accommodations of character in haciendas or in old colonial residences. Everywhere large rooms and very good bedding. When the outside temperature was insufficient, the auxiliary radiators were there! Even chimney fires, as in the volcano sector. In the Galapagos, hotels very well located and close to the piers.
About the food: The packed lunches could be improved.
About the guide/driver: Vanessa was not only charming and very kind, but also very competent. She greatly contributed to the success of our trip. In addition, the quality of his French is very appreciable. As for Raul, the driver, he was always punctual and helpful. Clean car. Safe driving.
Changes if they should come back: I would like ITK to take care of the international plane tickets and all the paperwork. A unique Galapagos guide would also be ideal.
